I subscribed during the launch period. Do I keep the launch rate?

Yes. If you subscribed during the launch period, you keep the launch rate for 6 months (Dictation & key points) or 12 months (Scribe). After that period, the regular rate applies.

Do the free Discovery credits reset every month?

Accepted Answer

No. The Discovery plan includes a one-time allowance to generate notes from the full audio of 10 sessions, dictated summaries of 5 sessions, and drafts or key points for 5 sessions. These allowances do not reset each month. Once you reach the limit for a method, you’ll need to choose a paid plan to keep generating notes that way.

Which plan should I choose?

Choose Dictation & key points if you want to generate your notes from your own summaries, note drafts, or key points. Choose Scribe if you also want to generate your notes from the full audio of your sessions.

Can I use Akompa Notes without recording my sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Dictation & key points plan is designed for psychologists and psychotherapists who prefer not to record their full sessions, or who are not able to. You can dictate a summary after the session, write a few key points, or sketch a rough draft, then let Akompa Notes generate a note in your style.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. It will remain active until the end of your billing period.
